TV Ads and articles in magizines, or even blogs
are not enough. They are a start but not the end answer. As you have seen in this tread, you have seen customers complain that IBM\Lotus sales can not be bothered to answer when called upon for help. You have seen in this tread that we are not sure what IBM\Lotus is looking at but those of us in the trenches see Lotus dieing off.
We all love Lotus Notes (otherwise we would be here), we just want IBM to peek into the trenches and see what we see and maybe do something about it where ever possible.
For the IBM\Lotus people that spoke in this tread and any other threads, It was not my intent to start a hate thread, it was however my intent to plead with IBM\Lotus to do something, to maybe stick there heads down into the trenched and see what we see and maybe that would give them a clue as to what they can do to help turn this around
As I stated before, I LOVE LOTUS NOTES and hope to be working in it for many years to come.
I would do just about anything to help it in anyway that I can....
